Hi Neerja, thanks for this question. The violence does not need to be on a national scale. It would be fine at a regional level or violence that affects a particular group, or both

Hello Tugce, yes, they can. You can cost for their time in the budget and then the host organisation would be responsible for transferring funds for their work
