Hello from Nicholas Watts in London. Thank you Rhonda for a fascinating seminar. Can you comment at all on curriculum content outside the O-level syllabus, for example relating to climate change and sustainable livelihoods? And how non-formal and informal learning is provided/addressed in schools or in the community?

Hello Rhonda. Did the leadership role vary between teachers with responsibilities for Multigrade and monograde classes?

Many teachers feel they are too overwhelmed with extra tasks to focus on classroom teaching in the most productive manner. How can a leading teacher help in delegating tasks effectively while also empowering the teachers?

Hi Rhonda How do you give teachers and leading teachers the confidence, support, space and time to do things differently?

Thank you Rhonda. I'm really fascinated by your talk especially about observation. I was involved in the UK in the Further Education system but we had 2 systems going; one for professional development where teachers tell peer teacher observers what to observe; the other more formal and then the central government Ofsted. Did that PD type observations take place.

As you have mentioned earlier things are very different on the island schools and the schools in the capital island. I see similarity in the case of role of middle managers. I was a supervisor myself in one of the schools on the capital island Male, I would like to mention that as Middle managers we did things a bit different like taking up classroom teaching, mentoring and supervisor or LT led workshops. At the same time, we had extensive amount of administrative work.
